Own Your AI
Your own AI, built for your business and installed on your own machines. It keeps the books, reaches you on your phone, and runs the work that repeats.
One system, wired into what you already run.
It reads everything. It writes to one place, and only when you say so.
Agents that do the work, not a tool you drive.
- It keeps the books. Bills, invoices, the bank, the month-end. Drafted and checked before you look.
- It reaches you on your phone. A question, an approval, the morning read. You answer where you already are.
- It runs what repeats. The weekly chase, the month-end assembly, the report that lands before you ask.
- It is not a small model. Serious models, running on the machines you own, at the speed the work needs.
The first thing it runs: your books.
A bill, an invoice, a month of bank transactions, the whole month-end close. All of it follows one shape, and the step that matters is where it stops.
Read, coded from your own history, checked against the order and the receipt. Posted on your approval.
No one opens it, renames it, files it or keys it in.
The header and all six lines, including the ones buried in the table.
Not a rule someone wrote once. A pattern taken from your own posting history.
Line by line. Five agree. Line six was short received, and that is raised before you see the bill.
Five clean lines and one exception, put in front of you. This is the only step that needs you.
The vendor ledger and the item cost update, with the approval recorded against the entry.
Delivery notes, shipped orders and timesheets, read from where they already sit.
Quantities, rates and dimensions taken from the order and the delivery, not retyped from a spreadsheet.
Each customer's agreed rate, discount and payment terms, applied the way you applied them last time.
Drafted in full, with anything unusual flagged first. Nothing reaches a customer until you approve the run.
Sent on your approval, then chased on the schedule you set. Without you having to remember.
The operating account and two cards, as the feed populates them.
Dates, counterparties and amounts across all three accounts. Nothing skipped.
Each one coded the way you coded that counterparty before. It never guesses at the rest.
Receipts to open invoices, payments to posted bills, transfers matched on both sides.
The eight breaks are shown first. Nothing is posted while it sits here.
The journal goes in with every exception logged against it.
The list rebuilt by hand at every close: capitalizations, depreciation, prepaids both ways, the accruals.
Your schedules, your capitalization threshold, and the basis used last period.
The balance sheet accounts these entries touch, agreed to the support behind them, before they post.
Drafted from the ledger as it will stand once the entries above are posted.
The entries, what each was built from, and the statements they produce, in a single review.
The entries go in on your approval, and the statements come from the posted ledger.
It stops at the approval step and stays there. That is the system, not the demo. Documents and figures are illustrative; scoping is done against your own volumes and your own chart of accounts.
We build true automation.
| Other AI software | What we build | |
|---|---|---|
| The work | Sorts and suggests | Done end to end |
| When it is unsure | It guesses | It stops and asks |
| What it costs | Every month, forever | Once |
| If you stop paying | Access ends | It keeps running |
| Who owns it | They do | You do |
Included in the Build
- The system. Built against your business, your accounts and the way you already work. Yours to keep, on your own books.
- Installation. Set up on your machines and connected to the mail, the bank and the ledger you already run.
- The workflows. The jobs above, built against your volumes rather than a demo.
- A parallel run. It runs beside your current process until the two agree, so nothing changes on a promise.
- Handover and training. Your team is shown the whole of it. Nothing is kept back to keep you tied in.
- Support, if you want it. Optional and quoted on its own. The system keeps working without it.
What It Will Never Do
- Post without your approval. Nothing reaches the ledger until a named person approves it. There is no setting that turns that off.
- Change a vendor or a bank detail. Master data is created and amended by a person. The system may read it and nothing more.
- Release a payment. It prepares the run and stops. Money moves when you move it.
- Send your work away. It runs on your machines, so your mail, your documents and your books never leave the business. Nothing is uploaded, and nothing outside learns from them.
