If handy — not required to apply.
03Subsidiaries

Own other companies we should keep books for? Add as many as apply — each gets its own complete set of books under your account. None? Just skip this.

04Your books

After onboarding you’ll securely connect your bank from your portal — transactions flow in automatically, including recent history, so there’s usually nothing to upload. Statement uploads stay available for older records.

The date your books become our responsibility.

1. Services

Georgy Financial ("Bookkeeper") agrees to provide bookkeeping and financial management services as selected by the client during onboarding. Services are limited to those specifically agreed upon and do not include tax filing, legal advice, or auditing services. Additional services outside agreed scope will be quoted separately.

2. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to: (a) provide all necessary financial documents, bank statements, and records in a timely manner; (b) promptly notify Bookkeeper of any changes to bank accounts, loans, or other financial accounts; (c) review all reports and financial statements and notify Bookkeeper of any discrepancies within 30 days of receipt; (d) maintain reasonable internal controls over their own business finances. Bookkeeper's work product is based solely on information provided by Client and does not constitute an audit or review.

3. Fees & Payment

Monthly fees will be agreed upon separately after Bookkeeper reviews this application and the full scope of work. Fees are due upon invoice. A late payment fee may apply to amounts unpaid after 30 days. Client agrees that changes in scope may result in fee adjustments with 30 days notice.

4. Term & Termination

This engagement is month-to-month unless otherwise agreed. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, Bookkeeper will provide all client-owned financial records and data in a standard format. Fees for services rendered through the termination date remain due and payable.

5. Confidentiality

Bookkeeper agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all client financial information and will not disclose it to third parties without written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide services (e.g., sharing with client's CPA or tax preparer when authorized).

6. Limitations of Liability

Bookkeeper is not a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), tax attorney, or licensed tax preparer. Services provided do not constitute tax advice, legal advice, or investment advice. Client is solely responsible for filing all tax returns and paying all taxes owed. Bookkeeper's liability for any errors or omissions is limited to fees paid in the 90 days preceding any claim. Bookkeeper is not responsible for penalties, interest, or losses arising from Client's failure to provide accurate or complete information.

7. Data & Security

Client financial data is stored securely using encrypted cloud infrastructure. Data will not be retained beyond the engagement period except as required by law. Upon termination, Client data will be returned and deleted from Bookkeeper's systems within 60 days.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, regardless of where the client is located. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then mediation if necessary.

9. Entire Agreement

This agreement, together with any separately agreed scope of services and fee schedule, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements. Amendments must be in writing and agreed by both parties.
